Cashback Bonus Program

1. Eligibility

• 1.1. Participation in the Program is limited to registered customers of the store.
• 1.2. Non-subscribers are entitled to receive Tokens only on their first order, provided that the purchased product is included in the Program.
• 1.3. Premium subscribers are entitled to receive Tokens on every purchase during the active subscription period, provided that the purchased product is included in the Program.

2. Accrual of Tokens

• 2.1. The amount of cashback in Tokens depends on the product category and may reach up to four percent (4%) of the order value.
• 2.2. Shipping fees, handling charges, and taxes are excluded from the cashback calculation.
• 2.3. Tokens are credited to the customer's account after successful payment or, where applicable, after the order has been successfully delivered.

3. Token Value

• 3.1. The standard conversion rate is one US dollar (USD 1) = three (3) Tokens.
• 3.2. The Company reserves the right to amend the Token conversion rate at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• 3.3. Tokens have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be transferred or sold.

4. Redemption of Tokens

• 4.1. Tokens may be redeemed exclusively for the following purposes:
  • a) purchase of official store merchandise;
  • b) purchase or renewal of Premium subscription;
  • c) partial payment of eligible orders in the form of a discount.
• 4.2. When redeemed as a discount, Tokens may not cover more than ten percent (10%) of the value of an eligible product.
• If a shopping cart contains both eligible and non-eligible products, the Token discount shall apply exclusively to the eligible products. No Token discount shall be applied to products that do not qualify under the Program.

5. Validity of Tokens

• 5.1. Tokens remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.
• 5.2. Upon expiration, Tokens are automatically voided and removed from the customer's account.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• 6.1. Tokens may be granted for products purchased at a discount if such products are expressly included in the Program.
• 6.2. In the event of order cancellation or refund, all Tokens credited in connection with such order shall be revoked.
• 6.3. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any customer engaging in fraudulent or abusive activity related to the Program.

7. Premium Subscriber Benefits

• 7.1. Premium subscribers are entitled to free shipping on eligible orders.
• 7.2. Premium subscribers earn cashback Tokens on every qualifying order during the subscription period.
• 7.3. The Company may, at its discretion, provide additional Token rewards to Premium subscribers through promotions, contests, or special events.

8. Amendments and Termination

• 8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
• 8.2. Any such modification or termination shall not affect Tokens already accrued, provided they remain valid under these Terms.

9. Governing Law

• 9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered.
• 9.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
